The character's special feature are neon-bright stripes along the wings' fingers, visible from both sides. These were meant to become LEDs should the character ever be built into a costume. Otherwise it's just really helpful for a dragon to see where it'll land at night!
Suit Reference
This is the anthro version of Tri, which is actually how the character started! Tri was very close to becoming a dragonborn in D&D to be killed off by the GM, but he ended up becoming my sona instead.
Outside of suiting I picture Tri as feral/four-legged dragon, but I am willing to bend that rule on occasion. Big fluffy dragons don't fit into every setting after all.
